Without a receipt, the item’s current retail price will be refunded via Cupboard gift card
For defective items within the warranty period, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the original form of tender (excluding Vitamix after 30 days, Swiss Diamond, and Calphalon)
Items that are used but not defective may be refunded in the original form of tender at the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee
